Most people who come to me have already tried to feel better. They’ve read the articles, tried to think positively, maybe even been to therapy before. And yet, something keeps pulling them back to the same place, the same anxiety, the same arguments, the same quiet sense of being stuck.
That’s usually where we begin.
I’m Mandeep Kaur Bhalla, a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the founder of PeacePod. I work with young adults and professionals navigating anxiety, relational difficulties, and emotional patterns that often trace back further than they realise.
My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). What that means in practice is that we don’t just work on managing symptoms, we work on understanding the pattern underneath them. Because when you understand why you respond the way you do, real and lasting change becomes possible.
I completed my MPhil in Clinical Psychology from the Central Institute of Psychiatry (CIP), Ranchi -one of India’s most rigorous clinical training programmes, followed by my tenure as a Clinical Psychologist at AIIMS, New Delhi, where I worked with individuals from diverse and complex backgrounds. That foundation shapes how I think about every client I work with today.
Therapy with me is structured but not rigid. I begin with a formulation, a shared understanding of what’s driving the difficulties you’re experiencing, before we move into active therapeutic work. Sessions are online, which means you can access support from wherever you are, without the pressure of commute or logistics.
I work with a small caseload deliberately, so that each client gets the attention and consistency that good therapy requires.
If you’ve been carrying something for a long time and you’re ready to finally understand it, I’d be glad to work with you.
