Reaching out is often the hardest part. Whether you have a clear sense of what you’re struggling with or just know that something needs to change- this is a good place to start.
There’s no formal assessment, no pressure, and no commitment required. The first conversation is simply a chance for us to understand what you’re carrying and whether working together feels like the right fit.
The simplest way to get in touch is via WhatsApp. Just send a short message introducing yourself and what brings you here. I usually reply within 24 hours on working days.

1. Short initial conversation - We’ll have a brief chat by WhatsApp or a call to understand your situation and answer any questions you have.
2. First session- If we decide to go ahead, we’ll schedule your first full session. This is where we start mapping out what you’re experiencing and what working together might look like.
3. Ongoing therapy - Sessions are weekly, 50 minutes each, held online. We work at your pace. There’s no fixed number of sessions you’re locked into from the start.
