I am a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) Licensed Clinical Psychologist. My passion for psychology and mental health began during my undergraduate studies, where I laid the groundwork for a career dedicated to understanding the human mind and promoting holistic well-being. This journey continued through my Masters in Psychology, where I deepened my understanding of psychological principles and their practical applications. My thirst for knowledge led me to pursue an intensive two-year MPhil program at the esteemed Central Institute of Psychiatry (CIP), Ranchi, from 2019 to 2021.
